Update --threshold argument #26

I think it would be more useful if threshold did not remove those guides that have only one exact match when the threshold filtering is applied. For example if a guide has a single unique match and one (or more) 3-nt mismatches, it would be good if --threshold 2 retained those entries, because this is likely a good unique guide.
