Realtime sequence search for mismatch distance 0-6, with or without standard cas9/cpf1 PAMs added to the input sequences. The inputs are limited to 10 sequences between 10 and 30 nucleotides.

Tests expected to fail till guidescan v2.1.8 is available on bioconda. Tests will be re-rerun once it is available.
