把【穿山甲】类型的广告屏蔽了，我可以理解，但是像这种管理后台需要屏蔽吗？能实现不屏蔽吗

  1. dns层面做不了那么精细
  2. dnsmasq支持的白名单语法太过别扭，还不好设置根域名被屏蔽，子域名加白的情况。

因此，要么你换个dns工具，例如AdGuard Home，要么你自己弄一个白名单列表
