Change naming from "summer program" to "zk program" #7

This is primarily an issue in the README more than anything else.

Done. Changed here: https://github.com/privacy-scaling-explorations/contribution-program/commit/47dc7fc16f4ecec87106e2177d219dce4fa6f673.

Changed the naming to "Contribution Program" to put the focus on the goal of encouraging open-source contributions in the field. Also, we dropped the name ZK because we want this program to apply more broadly to programmable cryptography (which includes non-ZK subjects like MPC and FHE).
