instead of directly putting example vks.json file inside the public folder, it's better to let them do this by a command to generate this file from their zkey files.
[x] export this command from maci-cli.
[x] add download:zkeys <download path>: download from the remote path and extract the zkey files to a single vks.json file inside public folder.
