As a developer, I'd like to have e2e tests to check main functionality for the project.

[ ] Deploy test maci instance every time the job is started
[ ] Deploy poll every time the job is started
[ ] Use fork network for deploying and testing
[ ] Use different accounts to check: admin, user, project applicant
[ ] Check user signup
[ ] Check project application
[ ] Check admin approvals (voters, applications)
[ ] Check voting flow (qv and non-qv)
[ ] Check results
