feat: anonymous poll joining milestone 1

Description

PR implements required changes for the Milestone 1 of the Anonymous poll joining grant. List of main updates:

• Replacing message accumulator data structure with chain hash and batch hashes array
• Removing merging messages step
• Modification of processMessages circuit to support chain hashes and further improve efficiency

@ctrlc03 @0xmad We are working on CI tests to be successful first, and after that, we will update all of these 'minor comments' you mentioned. After each push, we await approval for starting the CI tests, so it slows us down. Could you provide us with some permission to start tests on our own? @aleksandar-veljkovic
