Consider including magic-wormhole in Docker image as a fallback from IPFS #5

It seems that IPFS can be tricky to get working with NAT traversal sometimes. So how about including an install of https://github.com/magic-wormhole/magic-wormhole in the image as a backup plan? It's awesome!
