feat: add noname as a frontend to sonobe #121

This PR adds noname as a frontend to sonobe. It includes:

The implementation of the FCircuit trait for a noname circuit
Utilities to deal with noname's particular data structures
A "full" flow example, similar to what has already been done for circom
