Gadget which computes $\Sigma_{i=1}^{q} ci \cdot \Pi{j \in S_i} \theta_j$.
Will then multiply this term by $\gamma^{t+1}$ and $e_2$ and sum it with the first part of the sum to obtain the final gadget!
