NOT TO BE MERGED testing if slither job is being triggered if sol files are changed. See https://github.com/privacy-scaling-explorations/zk-kit.solidity/pull/8

Observe in the checks:

all the jobs steps of slither (excubiae) and tests (excubiae) are executed because this PR modifies a file in packages/excubiae
for the other packages, the Test step of the tests job and the compilation and slither related steps of the slither jobs are skipped
