Update Readme #31 #32

Added a few sentences to the beginning of the README to clarify how the two repos (privacy pioneer extension vs. privacy pioneer web crawler) are related.

Can you add a sentence, "You do not need to install Privacy Pioneer separately if you only want to use the crawler in this repo." or, if that is not true, that people need to indeed install Privacy Pioneer as well and internal-link to where that is described in the crawler readme.

That makes sense. I've updated the Readme to mention that the user doesn't need to install PP separately for the crawler to work 👍 .
