Removed web-ext package and updated vulnerable packages.

Upon running npm i there should be 0 vulnerabilities.

Pretty certain web-ext is used by the extension when it's compiled and run. npm start didn't work for me.

Closing this PR web-ext is necessary to compile and run the development version of the extension, so any form of un-installation will not be effective
