Update readme with sync procedure between browser extension and crawler #581

@dadak-dom will add an explanation in the Privacy Pioneer readme on the procedure of syncing updates, e.g., analysis functionality or dependencies, between browser extension and crawler. The crawler repo can then link to the description in the extension readme.
