Added Legacy irmajs module

Module includes some changes that were included in pull request #21. This pull request is splitted in several smaller pull requests. Eventually this pull request has to be rebased on top of the other changes needed for this feature to work nicely (for example #26 and #28). At this moment not all changes of #21 are processed yet in other pull requests.

This module has to be adapted still to the changes of function and option names we have made in all other pull requests.

TODO:

Refactor enableRestart in handle: false
Remove restart possibility fully from legacy and make it work as irmajs
Make sure status or result is returned on resolve or reject (depending on the options). This means the error messages from irma-core must not only be masked but the status must be retrieved in case there is no result available. Therefore the option is needed that sessions are actually deleted on abort.
Remove detailledErrors option

These todo's are related to the current other pull requests. If these requests have to change, also these TODOs might change.

The only thing that is missing is that sessions must be explicitly cancelled at the irma server at Ended
