@amaliev, I noticed this in the review of #52, that it's easier to get the URLs right using citations than links, and it lets Bikeshed fill in the References section. The choice of whether to include links in the quotations is more difficult, but I think they're not necessary, and I'd rather neither think about the right URL, nor have those links show up in the References section, so I removed them.
