Always require activation for requestStorageAccess (fixes #36) #68

This also removes outdated references to the WebKit and Gecko code, both of which now also need to change to adhere to the new spec.

@Brandr0id if you don't mind I'll remove your review request. We had discussed this change before and I think it aligns with what you're doing in Edge. Let me know if you have any concerns and we can resolve them in a separate PR.

Actually @johnwilander I had already included this commit in #70 because it was based on this, so we can just close this :)
