Update links on Frontends page

Changes proposed in this PR:

Piped
- Change the "Public Instances" link for Piped to match the one in the Warning admonitions under the Yattee card and the LibreTube card
- Update link to Piped docs (current one is broken)
LibreTube
- Change link to LibreTube's privacy policy (new link is a more complete version of the current one)
- Add donation link for LibreTube
- Update link to LibreTube homepage
