Add missing "Minimum Requirements" heading to three pages

Changes proposed in this PR:

Add "Minimum Requirements" headings to the criteria sections of Notebooks, Productivity Tools (Collaboration Platforms), and Real-Time Communication
- These criteria sections have a "Best Case" heading, but not a "Minimum Requirements" heading. Every other criteria section that has a "Best Case" heading also has a "Minimum Requirements" heading.
Make minor punctuation changes in the description of I2P's advantages and disadvantages to improve readability of long sentences
Clean up wording of metasearch engines description on the Search Engines page

Hmm... the criteria sections of Encryption Software and Email Clients currently have a "Minimum Qualifications" heading instead.

Meanwhile, the criteria sections separated into different categories (i.e., of Email Services and VPN Services) have "Minimum to Qualify" headings.
