update: Briefly mention Bitwarden Send and Proton Drive on File Sharing page

Changes proposed in this PR:

Briefly mention Bitwarden Send and Proton Drive's file sharing functionality in the introduction to the File Sharing section on the page with the same name
- Relevant discussion: the latter part of https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/improvements-to-the-file-sharing-and-sync-section/186/9
Move the Bitwarden Send description from the Password Managers page to a footnote on the File Sharing page
- This means deleting the Send description under the Bitwarden card. My reason for this is to keep tool descriptions discrete and focused: If readers want to explore file sharing options, then they will be on the appropriate page. If readers want to explore password manager options, then they too will be on the appropriate page.
Apply specific guidance about the language for requirements from the Writing Style page to the best-case criteria for file sync tools
