improve setup, set new version

Remove Change/Repair options
Changed deployment name from "privacyIDEA-ADFSProvider" to "privacyIDEAADFSProvider" so that the old provider and this one can be installed at the same time
Changed URL label to "privacyIDEA URL" to clarify which url is meant
Set version to 0.10.0
