Add install instructions & simple examples #20

there's still some structure required to make this usable. In particular, I'm just starting to refactor a less static set of assumptions about how the client talks to the server, and provide a reasonable client CLI wrapping https://github.com/ryscheng/pdb/blob/master/libpdb/client.go
