Add nyxt browser #171

It is very much extensible hackable browser written in common-lisp. Very much like emacs for text editor/environment.

Note: It won't be as friendly or ready to use as traditional browsers. But there is well written manual.

Also im sure it wont be that privacy oriented out of the box, but the user needs to be a tinkerer or a hacker for sure.
