Get selenium tests working with Tor Browser #3

Works if I pre-start Tor Browser to allow the tor-launcher to run. Would be good to automate this part.

Currently I do it this way: node index firefox /path/to/tor-browser_en-US/Browser/firefox

I added a "preload" thing to browserprivacy.config that lets you start up the browser beforehand. Slightly awkward but seems OK. ba75a976312f3430de8ab3e64272b70f22554e2f
