✨ Feature Suggestion | List countries which have electronic identification using S/MIME #1710

Description

Based on this line of discussion https://github.com/privacytoolsIO/privacytools.io/pull/1672#discussion_r378956512 I think it might be worth listing countries which have "electronic identification" under our section that mentions S/MIME.

If people could contribute documentation from .gov sources that would be good. (Even if it's in native language).

Finland:

EIDAS reminds me of an announcement by DVV about our eIDAS support becoming wider including Estonian and Italian identification methods.

Tunnistusvälineensä notifioineita maita ovat Saksan, Italian ja Viron lisäksi tällä hetkellä Espanja, Kroatia, Belgia, Luxemburg, Portugali, Iso-Britannia, Tšekki ja Alankomaat. Näiden maiden osalta eIDAS-tunnistautuminen Suomi.fi-tunnistuksen kautta on mahdollista myöhemmin vuoden 2020 aikana.

Countries notifioned(?) their identiffication methods are in addition to Germany, Italy and Estonia currently also Spain, Croatia, Belgium, Luxemburg, Portugal, Great-Britain, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. On part of these countries eIDAS-identification through Suomi.fi identifying is possible later during the year 2020.

I don't know if EIDAS is entirely on wrong direction or if it's just Finland going solo and enabling S/MIME on the certificates that no one knows how to use and before Driver's license were rejected as a proof of identity for opening bank accounts, less than 10 people in the FOSS groups were known to have even tried to use it.
