If you visit this page, you may want to go back to the Providers page after reading it. I think there should be a "Back" button at the top and at the bottom.

I was just thinking about that, that's a good idea.

I was also thinking that on each child page, maybe above the "Spread the word and help your friends" line there could be "back" and "next" link, so like on /providers/email there would be a link on the left like
