This may be a bit related to #871, are there even any apps which would give you instructions on how to perform physical exercises that don't depend on Google Play Services or contain multiple trackers or push you to login with Google or Facebook?

For the time being I had been keeping my workout routine in a markdown document using markor.

This is an interesting thought though and if someone wanted to research this I'd love to hear more about it.

Feel from froid seems solid:https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.enjoyingfoss.feeel/ there are a few others, i havent been able to find one for IOS though.
