What are the values we want to transmit?

I have decided to use "The SASS" for the landing page. However, it can't be share on github because of licensing issues. Therefore, I'm maintaining a template on github for the website to run, and a private repository with the proper template. Fortunately, Django is very flexible when it comes to overriding templates.
