Github actions are failing with "The operation was canceled." error #1103

Did 3 retry runs: https://github.com/private-attribution/ipa/actions/runs/9281542067/job/25575735957 - all failed.

People who saw similar issues suspect OOM killer to be the culprit: https://github.com/actions/runner/issues/2468. We need to figure out a way to fix it, otherwise our PR flow is disrupted badly
