How to create footnote #153

Hi,

i want to create footnote.. can you advice me how to create footnote?

@lignar-fazmin At present, html-to-docx doesnt support footnotes. Please feel free to raise a PR if thats something you have bandwidth to work on, since I unfortunately dont at present, I will try my best to QA and merge it.
