Add support for bleep gain and frequency adjustments

Why this PR?

In deid release 3.6.3 we introduced 2 new audio options, bleep_frequency & bleep_gain. This PR aims to add the support for those option in audio and bleep endpoint.

What's Changed?

• Add support to adjust bleep gain and frequency in audio file processing.
• Add support to adjust bleep gain and frequency in bleep processing with timestamps.
