docs: remove extraneous path from vscode usage #539

This is no longer necessary as of https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-js-debug/pull/1985, which will be released with VS Code 1.89 in 1-2 days. You may want to wait to merge until then.

Happened to look at the docs today and saw this :)
