Add themes from Kagi #37

Include themes based on Kagi's light and dark mode theming - https://kagi.com/

Also include more themes from - https://help.kagi.com/kagi/features/custom-css.html

Added kagi dark theme as 'kagi' in: https://github.com/privau/searxng/commit/daa73a45f87066358f6e808a09befe6fdd1c9faf.

The light kagi theme doesn't look too different to searxng's light theme so no longer planning to add.

Open to feedback on altering some elements of this theme.
