Copy over appropriate Opera changes to privly.js #23

The Opera version has a few changes to privly.js, mostly to be in more strict compliance with web standards (I believe). We should copy these changes back into the Firefox version.

Nope, no changes to be made. The things I mentioned earlier about prefixes were just Opera annoyances and are fixed in 12.10

Cool, if that ever changes, let's keep privly.js in sync as much as possible.
