Final Port to XUL Extension #39

This is the final non-maintenance pull request on the XUL version of the Firefox extension. I plan on pushing this to the Mozilla AMO store, which has not been updated for a while.

Do you intend for to include all of the critical yet-to-land changes in privly-applications?

smcgregor commented 9 years ago

The first run page and the application consolidation? We can add them later as necessary since they require minimal changes at the extension level, but they weren't ready to go when I pushed this.

Yes, that's what I was referring to. I guess my comment was only half of my thought.

I know that a manual review of firefox extensions takes place before being published to the store. Do you know if the frequency of updates pushed to the store has an impact on how quickly they are published?

Either way, these changes look good to me.

The store typically takes around 4 days to go through the review queue. When I submitted this one to the AMO reviewers it was 63rd in line, but it was approved inside an hour, so maybe they are moving faster.
