Cannot sign in to Firefox extension #9

Latest version of everything Mac OSX 10.7.3 Firefox 12.0 Priv.ly extension 0.1.6

I cannot and never could log into the Firefox extension. Error is 'We could not contact the Priv.ly servers [...]'.

I tried several times ever since I have an account with Priv.ly.

Logging into the Priv.ly web site always works, so it's not a problem with the account.

Please let me know if you need any more data.

Also, I volunteer for testing the Safari extension as soon as it reaches Beta.

Thanks for the report. Just to knock a few possibilities off the list, are you entering your complete email into the login dialog? We can't change it to read "email."

Sorry, I just got back to my laptop (I was on my mobile) and re-read your message. I'll look into it.

@fabulousfabio Can you go to this address: https://priv.ly/token_authentications/new

and log into both forms? This is the endpoint the extension uses to log in. If this works for you, then we know it is a problem with the extension.

@fabulousfabio I am going to close this bug report for lack of activity. If you are still having problems, please comment on it and I'll reopen it.
