Remove 'View' and 'Revisions' Links #32

On privly.org, the pages:

Both contain links to 'View' and also 'Revisions'. These link should be removed on each page, and the option for adding this feature should be checked on all pages and disabled.

This roadmap document is no longer valid so I removed it from the navigation and archived it. Similarly, the "How to Get Started" guide will soon be removed from navigation and redirected at priv.ly's "develop" page.

I am not going to remove the view/revisions link at this time since I think this would cause problems on the remaining content.
