How to get started guide: Put "next page" above the book outline #6

For example on the first page there's a tiny link to "IRC>", but the book contents is above it. Is there a way to make the the "next page" link about the outline. That would seem to make more sense.

Put a link in the text to the next page. It's a workaround but it'll do for now.
