Added custom icon required for automatic extension update #46

For automatic updates of the extension, a custom icon is added. Without the custom icon, the extension cannot be uploaded to the Safari Extensions Gallery. After this PR is merged, the Safari extension hosted on https://priv.ly also needs to be updated.
