feat(pdf-worker): add option to use local PDF.js worker #1482

This PR introduces a new configuration option, useLocalPdfWorker, to enable or disable the use of a local PDF.js worker

Usage

nuxt.config.ts

persona: {
   useLocalPdfWorker: true
}
