Aviary image editing

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Add aviary image editor on top of ours for effects and other fancy features 
they have in there.

Add an option in the config to enable it.

There may be not that much work to code it, but give it a good bash to check it 
works OK with our stuff.

Please, test with 2.2.0.0.1 (alpha 1) release.

Also test image uploader. I rewrote its code.

1. How do I activate this "aviary image editor" and where is it suppose to 
show? The image editor looks the same to me.

2. Looks like you did mess up the image uploader, I'm stuck on the spinning 
loader until I refresh the page.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.2.0.0.3 (alpha) 

1. The image selection choice is a bit messed up. 
- If I upload one image for one field and another for the other field, they are 
suppose to get automatically selected as my choices for those fields. This is 
not the case. The last uploaded image is selected for all fields.

- As soon as I edit an image with the new image editor, all fields get that 
image assigned as my choice. It should only be selected in the image field for 
which I clicked "Edit".

2. Combining the editors doesn't work properly. If I add an effect with the new 
editor and then click "Rotate left" from the sidebar menu (native editor), the 
effect is rolled back and the original image (without the effect) is rotated. 
So I loose my edits.
I think we need a warning pop-up for this because it only happens if I don't 
click "Save" in the corner. Users might think that a simple click on "Apply" is 
enough. If one clicks "Apply" and then "Save" - there's nothing lost but you 
end up with even one more version of the image added to your image library. We 
need to think it through.

3. We need an icon. Use this one for now (aviary_edit_ico.png)
