Implement one readability measurement

Devise an algorithm that takes a list of articles as input, and generates one set of "this year" style patterns against Wikiwho-derived dates. Those patterns that have dates earlier than 2 years from now (i.e 2014 or earlier) can be sent to the candidate passage queue.

Smog index and Flesch-Kincaid readability tests have been implemented. What is left to implement is to retrieve article xml dumps and pass them automatically to the parser.
