Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Any Topaz Labs Plug-in for Photoshop CC Windows 8 64 Bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Topaz Labs for Photoshop CC Windows 8 64-bit (if haven't)
2. Open any of them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of seeing letters appear beautifully, some lowercase letters L vanished

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1 Windows 8 64-bit

I get the same problem in Teamspeak 3.

Running Teamspeak version 3.0.13.1 
on Windows 7 64-bit
