sound on/off state not preserved #11

steps to reproduce:

* start frozen bubble
* turn off sound
* do some other stuff so frozen bubble gets unloaded
* start frozen bubble again
* observe that sound is turned on again

expected behavior:

sound setting should be preserved like the rest of the game state

version used:

1.12 from f-droid on cyanogenmod7

As well as fullscreen option...

1.12 on Oxygen rom

This would be a simple matter of saving the game options to preferences.  As 
such, this is not a bug, but would be an enhancement as some options are 
currently not saved.

All game preferences that can be modified via the option menu or saved asnof 
version 1.15 and later.
