Feature Request: Add "Back to Top" Link to Desktop Version

Description:

Currently, the "Back to Top" link is available only on the mobile version of the website. Adding this link to the desktop version would enhance the user experience by providing a consistent navigation feature across all devices.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the website on a mobile device or in a mobile view in a web browser.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Observe the "Back to Top" link.
Open the website on a desktop device or in a desktop view in a web browser.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Notice the absence of the "Back to Top" link.

Expected Behavior:

The "Back to Top" link should be consistently available on both mobile and desktop versions of the website.

Actual Behavior:

The "Back to Top" link is only present on the mobile version and not on the desktop version.
