Expected behaviour

subtitle option must be there below title to facilitate users to add subtitle to the notebook.

I hope you're doing well solving the issue . I have a recommendation to enhance the functionality of our project. Could we add a subtitle option below title section in create notebook window? This would improve the user experience by providing more options at a glance.
