The pointer doesn't change on hovering #232

Current behaviour

Description When hovering over the "click to add tags" option, the pointer does not change to indicate that the area is clickable.

Expected behaviour

The pointer should change to a hand (or other appropriate cursor) to indicate that the area is clickable.
