"Empty Trash" button active when Trash folder is empty

When the Trash folder is empty in the Joplin application, the "Empty Trash" button still appears as an actionable option. However, since there are no notes in the Trash, this button should either be disabled or not displayed at all. This would prevent confusion and improve the user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Joplin application. Navigate to the Trash folder. Observe that the Trash folder is empty, but the "Empty Trash" button is still displayed as clickable. Expected Behavior: When the Trash folder is empty, the "Empty Trash" button should be disabled or hidden, indicating there is nothing to delete.
