If menu bar is hidden, then it's difficult for user to toggle it back

If you hide the menu bar and do not remember the keyboard shortcut to toggle the menu bar, then it's really hard for user to navigate to list of keyboard shortcuts and toggle the menu bar again to make it visible again.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Click on view in menu-bar
2. Click on toggle menu-bar
3. The menu-bar must be hidden now, to make it visible again follow steps below.
4. Click on synchronize and then go back
5. click on set password
6. navigate to keyboard shortcuts in side-bar
7. navigate the shortcut to toggle menu-bar
8. toggle the menu-bar using the shortcut.

Possible solution: we need a small text may be at the bottom of side-bar or screen that tells you the shortcut to toggle menu bar if menu bar isn't visible.
