docs: fix landing page #174

The documentation site landing page isn't looking too good at the moment. Here are some changes that need to be done:

Changes

Properly align content
Add demos in a logical manner
Fix footer text color

Hey there @adarshswaminath and @foss2cyber ! Been occupied with work lately but I'm working on a v3 rewrite. You can check out the current broken dev branch lol! I'll keep you updated!
